More grinding! I don't do any PvP/GvG/ farming or grinding unless is a must; like the 10K factions you need to go on with the game. I never did the Luxons side for that, after I befriended the Kurzicks I had enough of repeating the same quest to collect the factions to start again.

I really, really hate the grinding/collecting part of the games!
Oh well there will be other thinghs to do .... I still like the game tho!

Uh, why do you say, "more grinding" when you don't do any in the first place. Play the game and you'll get the necessary drops. Do the quests involved with the event, and you'll get the necessary drops.

At least you don't have to do them for every character now like we did last year. You can just copy the mask.

there are a few quick quests that give up to 75 tokens per quest.

where is the grind in that ?

oh...the event has been shortened...to only a weekend...

Are they kidding? The original Dragon Festival was like a week...

ah come on seriously. There is the festival hat guy. So no need for getting it on more then 1 char. And at 75 orbs a quest. It will take less then an hour to get it. Stop whining

If you dont like RBR,Dragon Arena or Dragon Nest you can simply do the quests and missions supplied.

I think what OP was more concerned about is that previosly, Victory Tokens where only aquired through the Dragon Areana and the Boardwalk.

You're thinking of the jade wind orbs that were used for last year's festival. Victory tokens only came from winning the PvP games or from boardwalk prizes(not a viable way of getting enough), but no quest gave them as a reward. Looks like for this year they have combined the PvP/PvE trade-in items and are just using the tokens.

They are likely going to make the quests from last year give you Victory Tokens instead of Jade Wind Orbs. It doesn't make much sense, but at least it would reduce th need to do Dragon Arena / Rollerbeetle races.

First of all it's not a necessity, it's a luxury. Secondly, if you don't want to do the quests for it then don't do it. If you do want it then do the quests and stop whining about it.

i seriously got like, 75k for selling 250 of them to some guy in kaineng center last year, and still got enough for myself to get a mask. and i'm not a huge grinder, it doesn't take long at all to get enough.

I can't log in, chat to people for 3 hours and get the mask for sitting there! IT'S GRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIND!

i also remember you could get the tokens in the prize box's you trade the festivle tickets in for - not sure if you get enough to make buying tickets worth it or not, but that way it just cost you gold instead of time grinding.
